Shachi Engineering offers Dairy Equipment. This consists of a multiple effect evaporator with or without a pasteuriser and a spray dryer. Multiple effect evaporator is used for the concentration of dilute liquid milk having an initial concentration in the range of 8- 10%. Dilute milk concentration ranges up to about 46-48%. This concentrated milk is then treated in spray dryer. The liquid milk is converted into powder form and has a concentration of about 97-99%. Finally the milk with the desired concentration level is collected from the last effect vapour separator. This vapour is passed over to the condenser. Cooling water is used as a cooling medium in condenser. The powder discharged from the chamber and high efficiency cyclone separator is conveyed to the bagging cyclone with the help of a conveying air blower. The exhaust from the bagging cyclone is fed back to the main cyclone to ensure further separation of the little powder entrained.
