Pasteur Engineering Co offers Dairy Homogenisers. This is a high performance equipment which gives guaranteed micron break-up. This consists of a high-pressure pump fitted with a minute orifice having an adjustable opening through which fluids are forced at high pressures up to 5000 psig, thereby causing a marked changes in the physical properties of the product treated and producing a very intimate mixture of the ingredients of the fluid. Capacity range is available up to 10000 LPH - 6000 PSI. Equipment for dairy, food, chemical and pharmaceutical line segments are also manufactured.
