Chemical Dosing System

Miranda Automation offers Chemical Dosing System for accurate dosing of minor ingredients. This PLC based chemical dosing system provides right solution with excellent returns. In this system 25 kg of each chemical is charged into respective feeders. Each chemical is fed into food grade FRP/SS 316 pressure tank mounted on load cell. Required quantity of water is added and chemicals are stirred and dispensed into the mixer using air pressure. Dosing accuracy is ±10 gm over 5 kg.
