Ahire Machine Tools offers Allmatic Spannsystem Centro Gripp (self-centring). Made by Jacob Group company, Allmatic, the Centro Gripp is an intelligent and innovative solution that has been developed for precision clamping and holding system that need the highest quality standard for sophisticated machining in milling and machining centres. Made from GCC-60 grade casting, not only is the Centro Gripp extremely robust, it also has a fully enclosed spindle, and comes with a pure mechanical power intensifier. Application options for Centro Gripp include vertical CNC controlled milling machines, and 5-axis machining centres. Depending on the clamping jaws, both pre-machined work pieces and unmachined parts can be clamped. With support jaws, unmachined parts with varying types of flame cut and sawed material, and even complex castings can be clamped safely and economically. Centro Gripp is suitable for materials of mechanical strength of up to approximately 1000 N/mm2.
