Steering Suspension Parts

Akal Industries is a company that began by trading in automobile and tractor spare parts in 1968, and has since expanded by starting manufacturing of a range of automotive spares. This includes banjo bolts, air pipe unions, brake shoe pins, etc. The company has now diversified in manufacturing of steering suspension parts like tie rod ends, tie rod assemblies, draglink assemblies, ball joints, pins and equaliser bolts, etc., for various automobiles and tractors. It is equipped with latest technology machines like programmable logic control, microprocessor based copy turning lathes, CNC turning centres, auto lathes, turrets, thread rolling machines, thread milling with different capacities, roll peelings, centreless grinders, hydraulic presses and different kind of SPMs. The heat treatment shop has 25 kW HF and 50 kW HF induction hardening machines, electric hardening and tempering furnace. The company also has in-house forging setup with 100 tonnes and 300 tonnes forging press, and relevant testing facilities.
