Against requirement of weight to be handled safety chucks sizes from 38 mm to 75 mm are available. It locks automatically when shaft rotation starts ensuring safety of work forces as well as expansive material. It is also available with axial lateral adjustment. It saves loading/unloading time. Safety chucks make loading rolls easier and safer for operators to use. As driving mechanism (sprocket) does not need to be removed every time while changing core holding shaft, it gives maintenance free working. Safety chuck runs with total safety due to cam mechanism. As per mounting requirements there are two types of safety chucks available: Flange/Wall mounting safety chuck and Base/Foot mounting safety chuck.
