Rotating Unions For Central Tyre Inflation System

Deublin of USA manufactures unions specially designed for supply of air to vehicle's wheels through stationary axles. This allows the tyre pressure to be changed or varied automatically from the inside of the vehicle and is particularly significant in military vehicles and logging industry. Lower pressure of air results in a broader foot-print and enables the vehicle to run smoothly on soft terrains while higher pressure results in smaller foot-print for highway travel. This union has two passages for supply of air and can take a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and speeds up to 450 RPM. This union can be installed in the solid axle and air lines connected to the rotor head.
