Radiator Caps

Sundaram Fasteners is a TVS Group company. It specialises in the manufacture of fasteners and radiator caps among others. The radiator caps include metal and nylon cap assemblies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as per design drawing specifications and for the replacement market through retail customers. The radiators caps are of rugged design, requiring no adjustments. All the parts of the radiator cap, in contact with the engine coolant, are made of non-corrosive material such as stainless steel or commercial quality brass. Special gasket compounds have been developed for the valve which is capable of withstanding high temperatures and all standard antifreeze/coolant solutions. Catering to clients like GM, USA, the company has invested in a well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure replete with modern testing facilities.
