Piston Rings

Bar International is the manufacturer of piston rings. The product range comprises piston rings and casting for rings. The type of rings manufactured includes a general variety – compression rings, two and three wheeler rings, oil rings, and special application rings with bevel joint, lap joint hook lap, radial box lap, and internal notch. The products are made at a well-equipped manufacturing infrastructure. The company lays high emphasis on quality. The piston rings are made from high quality grey iron castings (individual casting) with an ideal chemical composition for prolonged working life. Fine grain castings provide high tension even at elevated temperature of high speed engines. Hard chromium is electro-deposited on the periphery of rings to achieve high abrasive wear. Each ring is subjected to inspection by modern techniques to ensure material and dimensional accuracy.
