It was started in 1974 to manufacture tyre retreading rubber materials for hot process and later added cold tyre retreading materials and machinery to retread tyres. A leading manufacturer of quality solid rubber tyres, popular among OEMs, it has a large range from OD 6-27 inches tyres with suitable different widths, and now 36-inch OD tyres also. Applications are in: electric and diesel forklifts; road making paver finishers and curb pavers; general light duty trolleys for shifting bricks, sand, garbage, etc; trolleys for airports, warehouses, factory and farm, general trailer like for generator, compressor, municipal garbage, pumps, etc; low speed trailers, material handling equipment, road and building equipment, heavy load carrying objects, mobile conveyors, heavy load objects rotator, wheel barrow tyres, etc. These tyres are suitable for special duty and applications like: very high abrasion resistant tyres, like curb paver tyres, cementing sprayer tyres and paver finishers; heat resistant tyres – examples like forklift tyres working in steel plants, furnaces and foundries; and non marking tyres – example like tyres working in clean surface industries like pharmaceuticals, electronics and hospital. The design is as per requirement, as per customer requirement. Generally these tyres come with cross rib type and also available state rib or plane type. Tyre plate (disk): these are made from MS plate and its cell surface well rounding with well finished. The centre plate is properly welded with skin cut and comes require fitting hole. The company also provides direct mounting welded hub type plates, so no need for extra cost for more hub and fitting bolts.
