Fully integrated for high accuracy, rapid response and easy installation, the electronic tyre inflator can be installed at petrol pumps, automobile workshops, tyre showrooms, tyre alignment centres, tyre puncture shops, etc. Facilitating easy and accurate tyre inflation, the inflator also helps to maintain correct tyre air pressure that will result in improved fuel efficiency of a vehicle, better handling and a safe ride. The technical features of the electronic tyre inflator include fully integrated and rapid response. The inflator is equipped with Peizo-resistive, vacuum proof pressure sensor with stainless steel membrane. It also has a twin-port, high-speed solenoid valve and a H-8 Series micro controller with watch dog. Equipped with a high-speed analogue to digital converter, the electronic tyre inflator can inflate tyres in the range of 0-150 PSI pressure range. Apart from a Hi-Brite 1" LED display with good visibility in all lighting condition, the inflator enables automatic inflation/deflation with respect to set pressure. The inflator is equipped with automatic cut-off with audio alarm, and consumes very low power.
