Kineco designs, develops and manufactures a wide range of composite parts and assembly for aerospace and defense, telecommunications, performance automotive, automotive, railways, and water treatment and process equipment industries The automotive product range of the company includes FRP front and rear skins with bumpers of buses, top domes, dickey doors, FRP sports car bodies, FRP tractor cabins, and front fascia of buses. Having developed composite sky bus coaches for the 'Sky Bus Metro' project of Konkan Railway Corporation, the company has the capability and knowledge to design and engineer complex composite structures and components. The manufacturing set up of the company offers a one stop shop for all composite product requirements. The company has expertise to process glass, carbon and aramid reinforcements in combination with a range of polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins including prepeg forms. The process capabilities consist of autoclave moulding, resin infusion, RTM/ VRTM, multi-axes filament winding, and hand lay-up.
