Aequs is focusing on becoming a preferred source of Automotive Components for leading system manufacturers/Tier 1 suppliers to the automotive OEMs. There is a shift from conventional products to next generation products, which requires technology, high investment, global presence and high level of program management and Aequs is gearing towards meeting the needs of next gen requirements. Aequs is a TS 16949 and EMS/OHSAS certified company with two manufacturing facilities. With its core capability in machining, the company plans to integrate supporting facilities such as forgings, castings and heat treatment to provide fully integrated solutions to customers globally. Aequs is currently working with global majors such as Bosch, Eaton, Danaher and few others and is setting up a platform for accelerated growth in the next few years. Its facilities for machining include: 3- and 4-axis milling; turning and turn-mill; grinding; and superfinishing. Raw materials: castings - GI; forgings - alloy steel; and special grade steels. Supporting facilities: plating/phosphating/laquering; ECM de-burring; ultrasonic cleaning; CMM/surface roughness/contour tracing measurements; and AutoCAD, SolidCAM, EdgeCAM, CATIA, UniGraphics, etc.
