Automatic Car Wash Plant

Jetage Garage Equipment has introduced an Automatic Car Wash Plant/under body car wash system that does not require any brushes for car cleaning. The Jetwash automatic car wash plant is designed in USA and manufactured in India. All components used in the plant are imported from Italy, Germany and Japan. This automatic car wash system gives the unique advantages of excellent cleaning, low water consumption, time saving and less dependency on manpower. The system performs touch less automotive cleaning by water at high pressure to clean car from top to bottom in just 3 minutes. Car washing has become a bottle neck for the car servicing workshop because normally it takes up to 20 minutes for a proper car wash and engaging 10 to 15 persons. With an automated solution, one can do up to 50 cars per shift managed by only 4 persons. Similarly, the under body wash system is the best way to clean the hard mud and oily dirt from the bottom of the car in less than 3 minutes. Under body wash system is also available as a standalone system with manual upper body wash. The automated system is fast replacing the manual wash system because of low water consumption, water recycling (optional) and consistent wash quality.
