Merind Group manufactures aluminium die cast automotive components and aluminium machined parts of high quality at a competitive price, exporting to Germany, USA, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Its products include high precision aluminium/steel/zinc machined automobile components for the Indian and global market. It manufactures: aluminium/zinc pressure die casting from 0.025 gm to 3 kg; water and oil pumps for automobiles and SUVs ready for assembly; and aluminium sections and structural profiles as per international standards. Its water and oil pumps are supplied to Ucal Products primarily for the aftermarket. It also markets its own 'Merind' brand for a host of vehicles including Maruti models, Sumo, Indica and Bolero. Besides, the company supplies Mico Group with about 25,000 fully machined components and about 15,000 raw castings. These conform to the PLK 20 internal quality standard defined by the company to assess quality levels of suppliers. Mico has awarded the company best supplier and quality rating for the last five years.
