Vasant Industries is a manufacturer of heavy sheet metal and tubular welded assemblies. The company also manufactures automotive sub-assemblies. The product range of the company comprises bumper assembly, canopy, seat frame, radiator guard, DA frame assembly, chassis frame assembly, (frame) long member and more. Catering to clients like Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto, Tata Toyo Radiator, Bajaj Tempo, Tata Johnson Controls Automotive, Tata Ficosa Automotive Systems and Tata Yutaka Autocomp, the company also manufacture ERW precision tubes from dia 15.88 mm to 50.8 mm, and square sections for various automotive and industrial applications. The ERW precision tubes are made by the company's subsidiary, Mittal Steel Tubes, Pune. The other subsidiary of the company Phoenix Press Parts, based out of Pune, manufactures and supplies bumper of Tata truck models like SFC 1210, SE 1614, IP22f3, 3015, 2515, etc. The seat frame the company manufactures finds application in the making of bucket type seat, which is suitable for use in a passenger vehicle. The construction of the seat frame consists of tubes and wires welded to form an assembly.
