Zero Discharge Effluent Treatment Systems

SSP offers Zero Discharge Effluent Treatment System. This system is used for the treatment of industrial effluent with economical operation and quality discharge. The zero discharge system offered for the following industrial effluents: molasses based distilleries; grain based distilleries (DDGS); textile/dyeing industries; chemical industries; bulk drug manufacturing units; tannery industries; pharmaceutical industries; paper industries; and common effluent treatment plants. The technology of zero discharge effluent treatment system varies for different industrial effluents. The basic principal is concentrating the effluent and subsequently drying it to a powdered form, which can be used as a alternative fuel for boilers or as an organic/inorganic fertilizer for plant growth or as land fill. The recovered water can be reused and all emissions remain within the pollution control norms.
