All the schemes have been designed keeping in view best availability parameters and optimum utilisation of the plants at low operating costs. Comprehensive O&M scheme: ACT (Aqua Care Team) deploys its team at clients site on 24x7 basis to operate the plant and conduct maintenance activities; the price of contract covers manpower, supply of chemicals, consumables and spares and expert support services from core team base at corporate office; and price can also be quoted per m3 of water production composed of fixed and variable price component. Non Comprehensive O&M scheme: ACT deploys its team at clients site on 24x7 hr basis to operate the plant and conduct maintenance activities; client purchases chemicals, consumables and spares from the company as and when needed under annual rate contract at pre agreed rates validated over period of contract; and a contract price covers a cost of human capital and expert knowledge support on 24x7 basis. Extensive MIS covers all broad aspects of the plant operation and maintenance. The reports can be tailor made to suit user requirements. Based on these reports, the audit team shall make a plant health report on monthly basis indicating plant performance/plant availability.
