Wastewater Treatment With CBR

AWT Technologies Pvt Ltd offers a packaged Wastewater Treatment System with CBR (Continuous-Batch-Reactor). CBR is a process that combines the benefits of batch reactors and the more conventional activated sludge technology. This process offers reliability and simplicity of design in a single modular process unit and is very suitable for smaller communities, such as RV parks and subdivisions. This system is a four stage process: Stage 1- Settlement – outer tank fills continuously with wastewater, rising from bottom water level (BWL) to top water level (TWL) in 60 minutes at maximum design flow; inner tank undergoes settlement for 45 minutes; Stage 2 – Effluent discharge – decant valve opens after settlement, discharging treated effluent from the system; Stage 3 – End effluent discharge – inner tank liquid drops to BWL; decant valve closes at end of decanting effluent; and Stage 4 – Transfer – transfer valve opens, all tank levels rapidly equalize; and transfer valve closes and process cycle re-starts.
