The country faces a problem of inadequate generation and inefficient distribution of the energy, i.e., electricity. This has led many industries to have their own captive power generation. For captive power generation, generating sets are run on liquid fuels as well as on gaseous fuel. Exhaust gases of generating sets are at high temperatures and contain good amount of heat in them, which can be recovered to produce steam, hot water, hot oil and hot air. This recovered heat is many times, sufficient to suffice the requirement of heat of the particular plant. In addition to above heat recovery systems can also be designed for recovering heat from the drained condensate, flue gases from furnaces, etc. The company suggests and designs appropriate heat recovery systems for applications on steam, hot oil, hot water, etc., for recovery of heat from DG flue gases and drained hot condensate. Heat recovered may be in the form of hot water, steam or hot air as may be the demand.
