Screening Machine

Passavant-Geiger GmbH offers Screening Machine. It is used for waste water treatment, based on unique and state-of-the-art screening technology. Features include: no carry over of debris to clean water side; only one flow pattern for less headloss; only one active screening area; compact machine, easy to install, with built-in screening wash press; no moving driving parts are submerged in the waste water; low wear and tear spray-water system without brushes; and high cleaning capacity by means of perforated plastic mesh panels with additional debris carriers made of stainless steel. Features of Multi Disc screen: the basis are circulating sickle-shaped mesh panels that are connected at their rear side to a revolving chain installed across the channel. The chain is guided by a deflection unit at the lower part and a sprocket wheel at the upper part. The sprocket wheel is coupled with a drive unit. The Multi Disc screen as a complete unit is installed within the intake chamber across the direction of the water flow.
