Overflow Spillway

Auric Techno Services Private Limited offers Overflow Spillway from Savi Srl, composed of semicircle filter installed on the edge of the spillway. The overflowing water passes through the horizontal filter and the floating particles are kept inside it. The filter is cleaned by a spiral equipped with wear-proof plastic brushes, which conveys the material in axial direction. Screenings do not need to be removed from the plant. The whole spiral length acts as a conveyor. At the end of the spiral, screenings are carried to the outlet, in a collecting zone placed in front of it, or depending on feasibility – in a collecting tank and/or in storage. During the upstream transport, thanks to water action entering the purification plant, the screening wastes are washed and freed from part of the organic substances contained in it. The equipment starts when the water is higher than the limit set by a level sensor. The machine stops automatically as the water level gets lower. The overflow spillway is available in two different models, both with 300, 500 and 700 mm standard diameter, length from 1 m up to 12 m with 0.5 m modular components.
