Effluent Water Evaporation & Salts Recovery

Effluent Water Discharge System is designed by utilizing the waste heat from the process plants. The solids in the effluent are continuously decanted and collected while the entire water is evaporated and steam generated is used for low-pressure heating. The entire water is recovered as process water with low TDS. The design and material of construction of the plant depends on the quantity and the type of effluent generated by the process plant and also the quantity of waste heat available in the process.
