Effluent Treatment Machines

Aurozon offers Effluent Treatment Machine. This machine utilizes chemical free method consisting of injecting enriched oxygen (ozone) forcefully in the pipe line, allowing a "contact" time during which the toxicity and COD are oxided by ozone, and removing the COD and existing suspended particles in columns of activated carbon granules and quartz sand. The process makes use of compact ozone generators, ventury injectors and contact columns developed in India. The pollution and toxicity are removed - not diverted - there is no hazardous sludge generation. To reduce the size of the ozoniser, it is advised to prepare the effluent using cheap and ecological steps such as decantation, flocculation and bio-digestion.
