Compact Sewage Treatment Plant

Netel (India) Limited ? a Neterwala Group Company ? provides prefabricated compact sewage treatment plants (CSTP) to meet sewage recycle needs like gardening, flushing, car washing, etc., thereby saving significant cost of purchase of fresh water. The CSTP comes in standard sizes suitable for transportation with an add on facility for tertiary treatment, depending on the needs. The standard capacities that are currently available are 50,100 and 200 m3/d. Types of compact sewage treatment plants: 1. Submerged aerobic fixed film bio-reactor (SAFF) ? SAFF is a modified conventional sewage treatment process using submerged fixed film biomass for secondary treatment; 2. Media based bio-reactor (MBBR) ? MBBR is a modified fixed film system using moving media bed for biomass growth and secondary treatment; and 3. Membrane bio-reactor (MBR) ? MBR is rapidly replacing the conventional sewage treatment systems in the world. MBR outperforms the conventional sewage treatment system as it is a one step technology for superior quality of tertiary treated water.
