Liquid Waste Incinerator System

Global Engineering & Marketing Services offers a range of incinerators to achieve efficient, clean and complete combustion for various types of wastes. Liquid waste incinerator systems are available in a range of sizes, in capacities ranging from 250 ltr/hr to 2000 ltr/hr. These use LDO as fuel. Features: exterior casing is constructed from mild steel plate and supported with angles and channels internally and externally; all the doors are made from mild steel, lined with high grade castable cement; inside of the unit is lined with high alumina refractory bricks; a self supporting chimney with ladder and sampling point is provided for the disposal of flue gases and its monitoring; a weather proof, powder coated control panel to operate the system in both-automatic and manual mode; fully automatic, spark ignited, gas or oil fired, burners including all the necessary inter locks, provided in primary and secondary chambers with jet automizer producing short and intense flame. For complete and fast destruction of waste, incinerator is to be pre-fired for achieving desired temperature. After that waste is charged into the incinerator. The incinerator is always under negative draft, so when the door is opened there is no discharge of hot gases from the door and waste can be charged at high temperature in the incinerator. The incinerator is designed to meet EPA standard.
