Ionizer

AEPL’s Ionizer is a powerful static charge neutralising machine. It is box shape machine. It creates a corona current distribution having a balanced flow of positive and negative ions in variable ion mobility. The balanced flow of positive and negative ions is directed toward cartridge, which is kept inside ionizer. The ionizer includes a counter electrode, a positive ion emitter, a negative ion emitter, and a control circuit. The positive and negative ion emitters are spatially isolated from each other so that the outputs of each of the emitters do not reach the other emitter. Keeping of Cartridge in Ionizer, instantly neutralize static charge buildup on the surface of Cartridges being cleaned by compressed air, and accordingly results in immediate neutralizing of Static current and it reflects in printouts being taken. Ionizer prevents "Black on Black" drum defects, which causes due to compressed air cleaning.
