Cascade Fans manufactures a range of Industrial Fans and Air Pollution Control Equipment for OEM applications in boilers, furnaces, paint booths and ovens, sugar plant machinery, ventilation and air conditioner manufacturers and also of other machinery.

Product range: high pressure to low pressure ID/FD/SA fans up to capacity 500000 m3/hr and pressure – 300-500 mmWG, centrifugal fans/blowers, tube axial fans, dust collectors/scrubbers/multi cell dust collectors/ventilation systems, dust collection systems/ room pressurisation systems/exhaust systems, etc.

Two stage centrifugal fans: two stage fan is designed for generating high pressure up to 2500 mmWG considerably low volume to handle the clean gases/air.

Volume control arrangements: flow volume to be controlled with different types of dampers – butterfly type dampers, multivane type dampers, variable inlet vane type dampers (VIV), etc.

Testing and dynamic balancing facility: performance test of fan can be carried out as per IS 4894 – 1987 standards, dynamic balancing of impeller can be carried out as per ISO 1940 – grade G 6.3.
