Powertech Pollution Controls manufactures Fume-killer, Model FK 500 with a high efficiency two-stage electrostatic precipitator. This filtration system is highly reliable and its maintenance is easy. This ensures a safer, healthier working environment removing hazardous fumes and airborne contaminants. It has high filter efficiency and replacement of fine filter is not required. The running cost is low. Fumekiller can be used for removal of fumes from welding, EDM, induction hardening, ink mist, heat treatment, oil quenching, wire drawing, annealing, solder fumes, rubber curing smoke, die casting smoke, oil fumes and coolant mist. It can also be used for capturing fine powder such as talcum powder and graphite powder. The suction capacity of the machine is 500 m3/hr and input voltage is 230 V ?10 %. The wall mounting is fixed stand trolley mounting hung from roof truss.
