VG Engineers offers a range of fabric based Dust Collectors. Highlights include: balanced design to achieve high efficiency; auto pulsejet cleaning; low/medium ratio fabric filter; and low maintenance/low operation cost. The VG bag filter utilises many years of experience in the field of bag filters. It can effectively be used for sawmills, cement mills, process industries, chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries, food processing industries etc., with proven performance. It has an extensive air/gas flow capacity ranging from 500 to 60,000 m3/hr. It can design to work at high temperature up to 240ºC. The high temperature bag filter type is a high efficient collector and is intended for manual/continuous automatic service at low/high air to cloth ratio. It consists essentially of an airtight housing containing filer bags, bag cages, hopper and any dust discharge equipment, compressed air cleaning equipment and timer. The inlet dust concentration for these filters should be limited to 50-100 gm/m3 conforming to PCB norms. The dust collectors can be offered with tubular and pleated bag construction respectively.
