Dust Suppression & Control System

Duztcon Equipments & Systems offers Dust Suppression & Control System for pollution control, which consists of Duztcon agglomeration system and Duztcon suppression system.
Duztcon Agglomeration System (DAS) works on the principle that particles of same size form agglomerates on collision. A fine dense dry fog of water is generated over the dust cloud. The agglomerates formed due to collision of dust particles and water droplets of dry fog settle down under gravity due to their weight and thus get separated from the air stream. DAS works for those dust particulates which are submicron in nature.
Duztcon Suppression System (DSS) uses the principle of wetting the material so that it has lesser tendency to generate dust. Keeping the material damp immobilizes dust, and a very little material becomes airborne. DSS works for larger dust particulates.
