Dust and Fume Control Equipment

Cleanair manufactures wide range of Dust and Fume Control Equipment used for metal processing, foundries, engineering and other process industries for intermittent and continuous duties. This equipment is designed using cartridge type air filters in spun bonded filter media with special treatment. The required suction power is provided by centrifugal fan driven by electric motor or by educators using motive compressed air available in plant and the cleaning of the filters is manual or automatic using compressed air. Collection of dust is in bin, plastic bag or plastic container for intermittent duty and through rotary airlocks for continuous duty. The sizes range from 300-3000 CFM for unit collectors and up to 100000 CFM for custom designed applications.
