Diesel scrubber

Excellent Engineering Syndicate offers Diesel scrubber, which is a flue gas de-contamination scrubber (FGDC) for controlling diesel emission.This is a vertically constructed free standing floor mounting stack of shells of various reaction zones.The design of the scrubber is meant to scrub the flue gas emanating from diesel engines of DG sets by water jet (spray) principle for isolating carbon particulates, un-burnt hydro carbon elements, etc.This will also reduce the adverse pollution effect of carbon monoxide and other carbon pollutants.The flue gas passes through a wet filter bed of catalysts encourages a situation for absorbing the contaminants of NOx and SOx.The water jet (spray) also attributes to dissolution of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.The flue gas after this process is left released to the atmosphere.The material of construction is Stainless Steel (SS 304 and 316)/MS SS/MS and ensures no corrosion due to process conducted in elevated temperatures with chemical dissipation.The internal and external surfaces of the scrubber made out of MS are treated with epoxy for corrosion prevention.
