Mec Shot Blasting Equipments Private Limited offers Cartridge Dust Collector. The suction created by the exhaust fan, causes the dust laden air to be drawn into the dust collector. This passes through the filter cartridge elements. The abrasive resistant inlet promotes dropping out high particulate and generates uniform air flow. Thus, it increases filter life. The dust gets deposited on the outer surface of cartridges and clean air flows through the center passage of the cartridge into a clean air plenum. Clean air escapes into the atmosphere through the outlet duct. The cartridges are periodically and automatically cleaned through air purging. For high pressure air purging of pre selected cartridges, the sequence circuit activates solenoid valves. The dust released from cartridges slides downward into the hopper, for further collection into the dustbin.
