The company offers a range of Dust Extraction Systems (DES). The main components used in dust extraction systems are: cyclone/bag filter, air blower, ducting from various extraction points. The performance of a dust extraction system mainly depends on the design of the hood/duct at the dusting point. The design should be such that all flying dust should get extracted in the hood. So all the systems are tailor made system and designed to suit the client’s requirement. The company designs the dust extraction system as per American Conference of Government Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) standard. The typical flow diagram for the DES is shown.
