Jasmul Pollution Control Systems manufactures fume/dust/gas extractions and scrubbing systems in all corrosion resistant materials like PP, PVC, PP+FRP, FRP, etc, including in MS/SS construction. A typical system consists of hood, ductings, scrubbers/dust collectors, blowers, etc. Significant developments have taken place in the field of air-pollution control techniques compared to a decade ago. Being a specialized field, the working on air pollution problems has become a difficult task for affected industries. With over two decades of experience, the company has the expertise from identification of the problem to commissioning of the system to meet the statutory requirements laid down by the pollution control boards. Many times, simple ventilation suggestions or optimum system solution solves the problem comparatively at very low cost/or at no cost. Typical capacities range from 500 CFM to 50000 CFM and static pressure from 2" WG to 50" WG. These systems can handle gaseous contaminants like HCL, Cl2, SO2, NH3, NOx, etc, including recovery systems. Appropriate pollution control system is suggested after a careful study of the customer"s exact requirements. The selected system is designed after optimisation of various technical parameters to offer best possible efficiency at minimum initial cost.
