Air Pollution Control Systems for Metal Melting Furnace Fumes

Air Pollution Control Systems consist of well designed components like extraction hood (canopy, side, swivel, etc); control equipment like cartridge type dust collector/bag filters/wet scrubbers/cyclones/multiclones; and air mover ID fans for hi-temperature, high volume or high pressure requirements. Techflow designs the system on the basis of layout, air/gas flow, pollutant concentration, temperature and by keeping in view the regulatory pollution control norms and regulations by state and central pollution boards, for particular pollutants in gas and other site specific data by client. Preliminary site survey, layout drawings and technical support before and after installation are offered. Technical drawings for ductwork, stacks and foundations are also provided. The criteria for fabric selection is based on internationally researched parameters like size and shape of particulate, median size, bulk density, loading of gas and fabric character. The filtration equipment are automatic and equipped with online pulse jet cleaning with sequential timer switching optionally linked to the differential pressure across the filter. The company has developed special filter cartridges and filter bags for the system, which have longer life and better filtration efficiency at much lower pressure drops, saving power.
