Air FRL Units

Universal Corporation offers Air FRL Units. Regulator: size 1/4" to 1 BSP, controls air accurately and precisely from 0-10 kg/cm² for any flow up to 2500 LPM. Filter: the incoming air is centrifugally cleaned for compressor carry over oil, liquid condensate and solid contamination such as pipe scale, etc, and drained out. Then air is drawn through 40-micron filter where the remaining solid particles are removed. Lubricator: oil particles suspended in the air as fine mist travels along with compressed air for lubricating valves, cylinders and tools. Very fine control of oil delivery through adjusting screw position can be achieved. If no pneumatic pressure is present, water will discharge automatically.
