This is fitted with a self-balanced extractor arm, and ideal for the capture and control of all types of welding fumes. Unlike mechanical filters it works on the electrostatic filtration principle. Major customers include Wipro Infrastructure, Volvo, Rane, Delphi Automotive, Titan, Lucas TVS, Kennametal, TVS Motors, Gabriel India, Ashok Leyland, Toyota Motors, among many others. The company also manufactures custom equipment for localised as well as centralised fume extractors.
- Filter modules are many times washable and re-usable, no replacement cost of filters
- Electrical power consumption is less by 40% as compared to mechanical filters
- It captures welding fumes with efficiencies of 90% to 95%
- Unit is portable with trolley and wheels
- The self-balanced extractor arm can be positioned easily close to the fume generation area
