Wiper Motor

Motor body is made out of carbon steel, end shields out of aluminium alloy. These are protected against corrosion by pretreatment and finally powder coated. Hard ferrite magnets with high coervice force are used to get high starting torque at nominal voltage. Motor can be made in any voltage required from min of 500 rpm to 5000 rpm. Motor gears are made of high tensile strenght polymides, long lasting life. Motor can be offer from 1 rpm to 300 rpm, gears can also be offered in phosphor bronze on request. Motor can also provided with magnetic incremental encoder with rpm indicator without increasing the size of the motor. Armature is dynamically balanced and supported with ball bearings.These are face mounting motors and can be installed in any desired position
