Vibratory Motors

Raj Magnetic Industries offer Vibratory Motors. It is a totally enclosed 3-phase motors with adjustable eccentric weights mounted at both the ends of the shaft to withstand heavy radial loads to set up vibrations during rotation. Vibration force can be set easily by adjusting unbalance weights according to the requirements. All vibratory motors are designed for 415 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, AC supply. The vibration frequency depends on the revolution of rotor unit, which is available in four ranges, i.e., 2880, 1440, 960 and 760 RPM. Advantages: enhanced reliability, low noise and low maintenance; increased efficiency and dust proof construction; amplitude of vibration and centrifugal force can be adjusted; robust and rugged construction for tough environments. Applications: generally used in all kind of equipments such as screens, feeders, spiral elevators, compaction tables, shakeouts, conveyors, deburring, etc. Also used on hoppers, silos, pipes, tubes, etc., to prevent congestion of material flow.
