Stark Motors offers a range of Vibrator Motors. These are specially developed for variable individual application to suit all working environments. The vibrator motor develops centrifugal force from 5 kg (50 N) to as much as 6000 kg (60000 N). Practical experiments and the fatigue tests to which the individual or assembled components forming the electric vibrators are continually subjected have allowed engineers to define the most appropriate materials to use, the best shape for parts themselves and the utmost resistance to wear.
- Power supply – vibrator motors are suitable for 220 V-1Ø, 415 V-3Ø and 50/60 Hz
- Operation – S1 duty continuous
- Mechanical protection – IP 55, IP 66
- Insulation class – Class F (155°C), Class F (180°C) can also be supplied
- Lubrication – the grease retained system adequately sized greased chambers and use of special synthetic grease the vibrator to work for longer duration
- Terminal box – generously sized to make the electrical connection easier (to prevent damage caused by the vibrations, the terminal board and wires from the winding blocked having been immersed in a layer of resin)
- Electrical motor – stator windings of high technological content, vacuum impregnation of wound stator increase the mechanical and dielectric strength
- Rotor is die-cast aluminium type, allows the maximum rated and starting torque values
- Casing and bearings – casings made of high graded CI (Grade 25) and cast steel castings are also available
- Drive shaft – made of treated steel alloy able to withstand high stress
- Eccentric weights – each vibrator is supplied with one or two weights on each side as per the requirement of centrifugal force
- Thermal protection – thermistor of Class F (155°C) will be provided wherever required
