Stainless Steel Motors

Techno Talent offers Stainless Steel Motors. These are ideally used in the food and pharma industry. These motors are directly employed in clean rooms and close proximity to the product itself without deviating from the GMPs. These motors by virtue of the protection class (IP 66) do not permit ingress of material into or from the working areas. The stainless steel exteriors permit these to be used in wet and corrosive atmospheres without surface degradations. These motors are suitable for use in sterile areas and clean rooms, conveying of vegetables, packing, meat processing, etc. Corrosive chemicals employed in the food industry, such as chlorine and other cleaning have little or no impact on these motors as these or totally enclosed and with the high degree of ingress protection. The flexibility offered by use of these motors at previously forbidden locations (because of risk of oxidation and contamination by motors constructed with ferrous materials, and aluminium which can corrode easily) could improve the process. These motors are also used in hazardous areas.
