SQUIRREL CAGE INDUCTION MOTORS

Oswal Electrical offers Squirrel Cage Induction Motors. It is 3-phase. It is as per international standards. It ensures high performance. Features: Class F insulation with temperature rise limited to class B; filled with dynamically balanced aluminium die cast rotors; filled with pre- lubricated antifriction ball bearings of reputed brand; the terminal box is located on top of the body with IP 55 degree of protection and can be rotated 3600 in steps of 900; and non standard motors as per requirements are also available. Applications: cranes, hoists and lifts; compressors; fans and blowers; cement plants and sugar plants; flour mills and paper mills; plastic and textile machineries; lathe, drill and milling machines; and cooling towers. Specification: 0.25-50 HP; speed - 750/ 1000/ 1440/ 2880 RPM; frame size - 63/ 250; insulation - B, F; mounting - foot/ foot cum flange/ flange/ face; duty - S1, S2, S3; protection - IP 44, 54, 55; supply condition - 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz ±3%; and ambient temperature - 45°C. Operation: all the motors up to 2.2 kW are connected in Star internally and three terminals are brought out in the terminal box for DOL starting. Motors above 2.2 kW output are designed for continues operation in Delta connection and six terminals are brought out in the terminal box for Star Delta starting. Other motors includes: standard motor, flange mounted motor, foot cum flange mounted motors, cooling tower motors and gear motors. These are available in frame size 63 to 250 in 2, 4, 6 and 8 pole design.
