Rewinding/Redesigning of Motors/Alternators

Power Rewinding Centre offers energy efficient Rewinding/Redesigning/Repairing of medium rating/higher rating/Motors and Alternators, of all types and any make and specifications. This includes: AC motors up to 5000 kW; alternators up to 4500 kVA; DC motors up to 750 kW; crane duty/flame proof/multi speed motors; fabrication of rotor shaft of AC/DC/HT motors without damaging winding; removal of core hot spot and core staggering; IR value improvement of DC motors; HT motors servicing and preventive maintenance testing/checking; installation of AVR on alternators; repair of slip ring of HT motors; and site repair/maintenance and overhauling of electrical machines. Testing facilities: IR value testing; resistance testing; inductance testing; HV/non destructive surge comparison testing; dynamic balancing; PI value test; and no load testing. Other services include: changing of slip ring rotor shaft without damaging rotor winding; IR value improvement of DC motors.
