Radial Piston Air Motors

AMRO Airtech manufactures Radial Piston Air Motors as import substitute. These are used all over the world for paint mixing in paint circulating systems. Their air consumption is less than half of that of vane air motors. They start and run at very low air pressures and their noise level is very low. Their speed can be easily adjusted by a pressure regulator. They are completely flame proof. They are not damaged by extra load. Model DAM-RP-100 is 0.1 HP motor with free speed up to 3000 rpm. It is useful for tanks up to 50-ltr capacity. Model DAM-RP-150 has 0.15 HP and it gives 2500 rpm as free speed. It is useful for tanks up to 100 ltrs. Both these motors can be fitted with bearing housings with oil seals or gland packings if required. Customised stirrer rods and impellers are available with different materials of construction and different mounting options. Folding impellers are available for special applications.
