Pneumatic Piston Motor

AMRO Airtech has developed locally a Pneumatic Piston Motor, DAM-RP-55. This piston air motor is an import substitute. It has three cylinders. All the hard working parts are hardened and ground. The motor develops 0.125 HP and gives a free speed of 1500 rpm. It has less noise and vibrations. It can be supplied with plain shaft or with a drill chuck to hold different sizes of stirrer rods up to 12 mm diameter. The stirring capacity is up to 20 ltr. This motor finds extensive applications in stirring of paints, chemicals, pharma solutions, oils, foundry chemicals, etc. Customised stirrer rods and impellers are also available in MS and also in SS-304 and SS-316 materials. AMRO Airtech provides customised solutions for pneumatic stirring and mixing applications to pharma, chemical, engineering and other companies. The company makes air motors in different types such as vane type, vane type geared, radial piston type, oscillating type, etc.
