PMDC Motors

Chandra Electric Company offers PMDC Motors of compact size. These geared and ungeared motors are built to attain desired output speed. High torque and low current are achieved through high flux density magnets. These motors are available in all standard voltages 12, 24, 48, 110 and 180 V. Other voltages can be designed if the application demands. Armatures are dynamically balanced to ensure quite and vibration free operation. Motor shafts are made of high grade EN steel to resist wear and tear effect. Gear cut is done directly on the shaft to minimise the transmission loss. For aesthetic look and corrosion resistant, motor bodies are treated and finally powder coated. These motors are of best insulation and are specially designed for reverse forward application like servo voltage stabilizers, automation industries, coating industries, screen printing machines, pharmaceutical application, wiper applications, etc., these motors are of continuous duty. Foot mounting can be fabricated if application so demands. The company also makes universal, shaded pole skeleton type motors and servomotors with fail-safe electromagnetic brakes. The products are mainly fractional horsepower (FHP) motors catering to all types of industrial and domestic applications. The company can also offer in-built encoder inside industrial wiper motors with RPM indicator.
