PMDC Motor

This is a PMDC Motor of S1 duty class. Motor body is made out of low carbon steel, end shields out of aluminum alloy. These are protected against corrosion by pretreatment and finally electroplated. Hard ferrite magnets with high coervice force are used to get high starting torque at nominal voltage. Armature is dynamically balanced and supported with best quality ball bearings. Long life carbon brushes of copper graphite content is used. These are face mounting motors and can be installed in any desired position. Motor can be offer with gear box (right angled, inline, or planetary), fail-safe electromagnetic brake, encoder even with a combination of all (gearbox, brake, encoder). Motor is mainly used in continuous duty application industries like printing, packaging, wire winding, automobiles etc. Motor is used in closed loop systems. Motor can be offered for battery operated applications also .
