PMDC Servo Motors
The high performance permanent magnet DC servomotors are designed to drive industrial machines under varying speed conditions. These servomotors have excellent servo characteristics providing high ratio of peak torque to stalled torque (4 to 5 times of rated stall torque) combined with low rotor inertia to ensure rapid response. A comprehensive range provides continuous stall torques from 0.2 Nm to 5 Nm, with speeds up to 4000 RPM and operating on 24 V to 180 V DC.
They are ideal for applications like industrial robots, machine tools, printing machines, actuators, antenna positioners, textile machines and in process control automation.
International frame sizes; compact light weight construction; high ratio of peak torque to stalled torque; minimum rotor inertia; no need for separate DC source; no electrical losses in field system because of special quality permanent magnet excitation; and built-in tacho/encoder available as optional accessories.
